The subscription and the 1% per order are software fees billed by Cinch. They are never deducted from your customers’ payments. Card processing is handled by your own Whop account under Whop’s terms.
When you connect Shopify, we add our checkout loader to your storefront for you, and you confirm it in the dashboard before real payments run. Then a shopper who clicks “Check out” gets your Cinch checkout instead of Shopify’s default.
